The fluoropolymer compositions are dry friable agglomerates manufactured by cocoagulation of aqueous dispersions of a first tetrafluoroethylene polymer having a melt creep viscosity of at least about 0.5Ă—1011 poise, and a second polymer different from the first polymer. These fluoropolymer compositions afford lithium-ion secondary batteries with improved performance, through such as improved loading of electrodes, and stability of PTFE binder in the anode, and result in lithium-ion secondary batteries having improved performance, such as improved capacity and improved reversible capacity retention.",
