RAILING ASSEMBLY FOR FLATBED TRAILER WITH WALKING PLATFORM

A railing assembly for use with a flatbed trailer is disclosed. The assembly includes cooperative posts extending in an upwardly direction. A plurality of elongated members extends laterally between the cooperable posts. Each of the cooperable posts is supported on a caster system including a plurality of casters enabling rolling movement of the railing assembly relative to a bed of the flatbed trailer. A platform assembly is disposed between the cooperative posts and the bed of the flatbed trailer. The platform assembly is pivotable relative to the cooperative posts between a lowered position for engaging the bed of the flatbed trailer and an elevated position for disengaging the bed of the flatbed trailer.
