The distinct electrical power levels are temporarily multiplexed and successively transmitted to the LED assemblies over a given multiplexing period. Each distinct electrical power level is demultiplexed and selectively delivered to the LED assembly. An average level of electrical power associated with the function is established. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a control device for controlling multiple LED assemblies of an automotive vehicle from an electrical power source (2) a computer program product having a set of instructions for controlling multiple LED assemblies of the automotive vehicle from electrical power.",
