The body (1) has an anchoring device comprising an anchoring wire (12) passed between the body and a retention head (14) of a pin (13) and attached to the body by hooking through hooking returns (18). The pin contributes to immobilization of the anchoring wire, where the anchoring wire comprises a bridge part (17) with a central part (19) projecting towards a front part of the body and constituting a straight anchor part to secure fixation of a child seat in a motor vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an anchoring device for secure fixation of a child safety seat on a seat backrest body of a motor vehicle.
