The magneto-optic devices introduce frequency bias between the modes propagating along direction and the modes propagating along opposite direction. The cavity includes a stabilizer device (20) to stabilize intensity of the modes at equivalent levels and optical elements made of frequency-doubling type non-linear crystal. The optical elements are made of birefringent crystal, barium beta-borate crystal and lithium niobate.",
