The assembly has a body element (10) e.g. tailgate, comprising a skin element carried by a structural element (12), and an accessory support element (16) arranged in a housing defined by the structural element and the skin element. The accessory support element comprises a fixation area (17) e.g. circular orifice, for fixing an accessory, and an assembly unit (18) comprises accessories (19A, 19B) to be fixed in the fixation area. The fixation area receives the assembly unit in different configurations.
