The group of inventions relates to aircraft and transport vehicles with static and dynamic air discharge, in particular to self-stabilized ground effect vehicles of types A, B and C. The technical result of the application—improvement of flight and maneuver safety, increase in load-carrying capacity and flight altitude in ground effect mode, reduction of dimensions, improvement of takeoff and landing properties, amphibious capability and economic efficiency, expansion of functionality and usable center of gravity range, increase in operational comfort and facilitation of technical maintenance. The stated result is achieved through the simultaneous application to aerodynamic designs \"flying wing\" and \"composite wing\" of the methods of formation of the aerodynamic force system proposed in this group of inventions, as well as constructive solutions and the flight execution procedures conceptually associated with them.",
