A tip end part of the hook portion 30 is fixed to at least one of a retractor frame 11 and the tube cover 26. With this constitution, a reduction in an engagement amount between the pinion and the balls during an operation of the pretensioner can be prevented, and as a result, the pinion can be rotated efficiently.",
