Some embodiments generate a representation of a road network that includes locations and connections between those locations. Some embodiments generate a frequency-based lookup table that includes probabilities that a particular route can be selected from possible routes from one location to another. In response to receiving a request to generate a route, some embodiments select a location in the road network and, using the frequency-based lookup table, generate a route to another location in the road network. The route to the other location is then presented using a map interface.",
