The annular patch (25') is fabricated separately in such a manner as to be expanded by forming cuts therein partially or to be divided into at least two halves and is then mounted on the bead seat portion (25), while the slope portion is molded integrally with a rim main body in such a manner as to support one end of the patch (25').",
