The fuel distribution pipe (10) has a pipe body (12), which has a locking piece (16) for sealing the pipe body for fuel at a front side. The locking piece is formed as a retainer, by which the fuel distribution pipe is fixed at a component. The pipe body has a supporting unit (20) for a fastening medium (22). An independent claim is also included for a method for arranging a fuel distribution pipe at a component of a motor vehicle.
