Device for locking and unlocking with a means of preventing self-opening

The device (100) has a latching plate (6), which can be reversibly adjusted with the aid of drive means (7). Latching plate locks a latching catch (4) in latched position and unlocks the latching catch in release position, relative to the first fitting element (1). The drive means has a safety segment (7.1) for protecting the latching plate against self-opening.
