The carrier structure comprises an energy storage module (1), which is arranged on a carrier plate (2). The carrier plate is connected with a vehicle body of the motor vehicle between two longitudinal beams (3) by edge-side mounting points (4a,4b). The energy storage module is connected with the carrier plate by two mounting points (5a,5b) running in longitudinal direction.
