The protection circuit is configured to turn off the first and second semiconductor switches without latching the reuse prohibition switch by the latch circuit when executing first protection, which allows restoration of operation after the first and second semiconductor switches are turned off, and to turn off the first and second semiconductor switches while latching the reuse prohibition switch by the latch circuit when executing second protection, which prohibits the restoration of the operation after the first and second semiconductor switches are turned off.",
