A monitoring unit is used for acquiring state information of each load unit and transmitting the state information to a control unit. The control unit is separately connected to an electrical double-layer capacitor, the first power supply unit, and the second power supply unit, so as to control, when state information of a target load unit is abnormal, the voltage division component connected to the target load unit to be conducted, and supplement power for the target load unit by means of the electrical double-layer capacitor.",
