Lighting board system

The invention provides a system for replicating illumination of a vehicle lamp on a corresponding lighting board lamp. The system comprises a light sensor (36) and the corresponding lighting board lamp (28,30,32,34). The light sensor is arranged to sense illumination of the vehicle lamp (14,16,18,20) and to communicate with the corresponding lighting board lamp. The lighting board lamp is arranged to be illuminated in response to sensed illumination of the vehicle lamp.
