Top cover for a soft top

The roof cap (12) has a shrouding extending on a passenger compartment (F-g) and turning towards side of the roof cap. The shrouding is engaged with a front edge zone in a retainer of a retaining unit. The shrouding is fastened, against driving direction at a distance to the edge zone, to the roof cap with a connecting unit.
