An in-vehicle environment control method includes: acquiring environmental information around a vehicle; inputting the environmental information into a preset first environmental prediction model, to obtain a first environmental parameter; inputting the first environmental parameter and the environmental information into a second environmental prediction model, to obtain a second environmental parameter, where the second environmental prediction model is obtained through training based on the output of the first environmental prediction model; and regulating, based on the second environmental parameter, environment inside the vehicle. The temperature inside the vehicle may be reasonably controlled based on the method, thus achieving a balance between comfort and energy conservation.
