The method includes: acquiring an actual process parameter of the lithium-ion battery in a formation process and first data sets of a plurality of historical formation processes; determining a reference range of delithiation effect characteristics of the lithium replenishing additive based on the plurality of first data sets; predicting a delithiation effect characteristic quantity of the lithium replenishing additive in the formation process based on the actual process parameter; determining a deviation of the delithiation effect characteristic quantity from the reference range based on the delithiation effect characteristic quantity and the reference range; and determining, when the deviation is greater than a preset threshold, a to-be-adjusted parameter and an adjustment priority of the to-be-adjusted parameter based on the deviation, and adjusting the formation process based on the to-be-adjusted parameter and the adjustment priority.",
