The base is disposed around a central axis and includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The first portion extends from the first end and is disposed about the central axis. The first portion includes an outer surface. The second portion extends from the first end and is disposed about the central axis. The second portion includes an inner surface. The inner surface and the outer surface define a gap configured to receive the wiring harness installation sleeve.
