The cooling passage connects a coolant intake arranged at an edge of the inner plate with a coolant outlet arranged at the edge of the inner plate fluidically. Outer plates (8) rest against the control units of the inner plate in a planar manner, and open sides of the cooling passage close the cooling passage structure. The inner and outer plates are planar soldered with one another.
