Brake fluid reservoir, in particular for motorcycles

The reservoir (1) has a separative element (2) i.e. disk, arranged in housings (1a, 1b) and separating a lower housing chamber (3) from an upper housing chamber (4), where the lower housing chamber is filled with brake fluid and the upper housing chamber is primarily filled with air. A valve-like element is arranged such that brake fluid passing from the lower housing chamber into the upper housing chamber is blocked. A lattice-like structured body (5) is arranged in the lower housing chamber and immersed into the brake fluid.
