Filter element and filter device

The filter element (3) has a ring-shaped filter body (15) made of filter material and an inner frame (16), on which the filter body is supported. An end plate (17) is axially arranged on the filter body and on the inner frame. The end plate has a central disk opening (19) and a radial seal (20) arranged coaxial to the disk opening.
