The seat (1) has a base shaft (6) rotated with respect to a backrest shaft (4) along a first transverse axis (7). A backrest is actuated between utilization and folding positions along a mode in which a rear rod (11) is blocked in rotation with respect to a base (3) and the backrest shaft is actuated in rotation around a second transverse axis (5). The backrest is actuated between utilization and rear place accessing positions along another mode in which the rod is actuated in rotation around a third transverse axis (12) and the backrest shaft is blocked in rotation with respect to the rod.
