A guide plate (300) for a side air bag (30) comprising: a fastening member (310) fastened to an inner surface of a vehicle body and a support member (330) bent from a lower end of the fastening member (310) and extending toward a passenger space of a vehicle, characterized in that the support member (330) includes a bent member (340), the bent member (340) being bent in a lengthwise direction thereof and away from a lower surface of the air bag housing (32) and the bent member (340) being located within the lower surface of the air bag housing (32).
