Restraint system with adjustable airbag

The system has an airbag unit (5) arranged at a belt (4), where the airbag unit and belt are movable to each other. A positioning unit (8) positions airbags (6) at the belt so that the airbag is undisplaceably connected with the belt during activation of the airbag. The positioning unit is designed according to hook-and-loop connection principle and is covered by a cover (11) that is connected with the airbag unit. Two hook-and-loop fasteners (9, 10) are arranged at the belt and airbag unit, respectively.
