An axial intermediate portion (19A) of the shaft (19) is supported by a shaft bearing (44) provided between a sleeve (41) and a retainer (42). On the other hand, a spindle side oil supplying passage (48) is provided in the top portion of the spindle (15) and a retainer side oil supplying passage (49) is provided in the retainer (42).
