Light module for a lighting device of a motor vehicle

The module (10) has a screen (26) extending into a horizontal plane and comprising an optical-axis (32) of the module for shading a portion of a bundled light. The screen has a secondary optics (30) for illustrating the portion of the light and a portion of the light reflected by the screen. Multiple semiconductor light sources (18) i.e. LED, are provided with a primary optics (20) aligned and formed in such a manner that the optical axis of the primary optics runs in a plane, which cuts the horizontal plane of the screen. The light sources are arranged on a common cooling body (12).
