The pneumatic spring brake cylinder has a spring brake piston (8) actuated by a storage spring arranged in a housing of a spring-loaded brake cylinder. A leg (64) of a sealing element (62) is seated against the spring-loaded brake cylinder. The leg is provided at an active surface (76) interacting with a running surface of the spring loaded brake cylinder. The active surface has a ring nut (74), where the ring nut circulates with respect to a circumferential direction.
