August 10, 2011
The device (20) has a chamber (22) in which a hydrogen-air/methanol-air fuel cell (2) is arranged. An opening is formed on an upper wall (30) of the chamber. The fuel cell is arranged on a lower wall of the chamber such that a surface of the fuel cell exposed to the air is arranged against the upper wall of the chamber. A ventilator (32) is arranged in the opening and centered with respect to the fuel cell, where the ventilator is powered by the fuel cell. An inner face of the upper wall has a humidity absorbing material sheet communicating with exterior medium through an additional opening.
