A solid electrolyte composition according to the present disclosure comprises an amine-based compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1; a multifunctional isocyanate; and a lithium salt, wherein the content of the lithium salt is 40 to 80 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the amine-based compound. [Chemical Formula 1] In Chemical Formula 1, Land Lare each independently selected from one or more of a C-Calkylene group or heteroalkylene group, a C-Ccycloalkylene group or cycloheteroalkylene group, a C-Carylene group or heteroarylene group, and [Chemical Formula 2], wherein n is a natural number in the range of 1 to 5,000, and m is a natural number in the range of 1 to 200.
