CATALYST-COATED MEMBRANE FOR GAS REACTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention involves a method for manufacturing a catalyst-coated membrane (CCM) for a gas reaction and the manufactured CCM. The method comprises steps of providing a first substrate having a first surface; forming a first catalyst on the first surface of the first substrate layer; providing a second substrate with a friction coefficient on the first catalyst layer, the friction coefficient ranging from 2 to 15; and laminating the first catalyst layer onto the second substrate with a membrane pressure to form the catalyst-coated membrane, wherein the membrane pressure ranges greater than 0 Kgf/cmand less than or equal to 380 Kgf/cm.
