The control device includes a processor, and a communication unit that communicates with the EVSE. When a predetermined condition for performing charging/power feeding between the EVSE and the drive battery is satisfied, the processor controls the communication unit to communicate information indicating to make transition to a charging/power feeding mode for performing charging/power feeding between the drive battery and the EVSE, and when the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the processor controls the communication unit to communicate information indicating to make transition to a charging mode for performing charging from the EVSE to the drive battery. It is possible to appropriately switch between charging and charging/power feeding.",
