A vehicle seat includes a first member, a second member, and a pivot device configured to connect the second member angularly adjustably to the first member. The pivot device includes a pair of rotating members that are rotatably connected to each other and form an outer shell of the pivot device, an operating shaft that passes through central holes formed respectively in the pair of rotating members, a seal member supported by the operating shaft and configured to seal a clearance between the operating shaft and each central hole, a cover supported by the operating shaft and configured to hold the seal member between the cover and each rotating member. One of the pair of rotating members is coupled to the first member, and the other of the pair of rotating members is coupled to the second member.
