An adapter structure for a first opening in a frame includes a stem and a plurality of flexible wings. The stem is configured to be received in the first opening of the frame and defines a longitudinal axis. The stem includes a second opening extending at least partially therethrough along the longitudinal axis and configured to receive a fastener. The plurality of flexible wings extend radially outward from the stem.
