This application provides an electro-mechanical brake apparatus and a vehicle. The electro-mechanical brake apparatus includes a brake motor, a gearbox, and a controller configured to drive the brake motor to rotate, and the brake motor is configured to drive, via the gearbox, a brake to brake a vehicle. The gearbox and the controller are housed in a housing that includes a spacer and is fastened to the brake motor. In a direction of a motor shaft of the brake motor, the brake motor, the gearbox, the spacer, and the controller are sequentially arranged, and the controller passes through the spacer and the gearbox and is electrically connected to the brake motor. In this application, the electro-mechanical brake apparatus reduces a size of the electro-mechanical brake apparatus.
