A battery apparatus includes a battery cell and an electronic control assembly. The electronic control assembly includes a circuit board, a housing, and a covering structure. The circuit board is provided with a connector receptacle. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity, the circuit board is installed in the accommodating cavity, and the housing is provided with an opening for the connector receptacle to extend out. The covering structure is disposed on the housing and at least partially covers a gap between the connector receptacle and a side wall of the opening. The gap between the connector receptacle and the side wall of the opening is covered, reduced, or occluded by using the covering structure, so that the electronic control assembly meets requirements of a required protection level.
