A second groove is formed on a surface of the component to guide part of the pressure relief region to flip outward during venting. The second groove includes opposing side surfaces arranged at different angles relative to the surface, with the side surface nearer the relief region forming the smaller angle. This structure improves control of the pressure relief process, reduces the risk of premature opening caused by surface irregularities, and extends the service life of the battery cell.",
