Land vehicle

There is disclosed a land vehicle (300) comprising:- a body (10) comprising an armoured hull (40); at least one wheel set (70); and a ride height adjustment mechanism connecting the body and the wheel set, wherein the ride height adjustment mechanism may vary the distance between the at least one wheel set and the body such as to enable the ground clearance (H) of the vehicle to be varied. As such a land vehicle according to this invention may be configured in at least a high ride condition and alternatively a low ride condition.
