A planet gear carrier (58) is connected to a drive axle (16) of the motor vehicle by a motion transmission track (102). A sun gear (36) and the crown are connected to the respective engine shafts by controlled couplings i.e. friction clutches (28, 30), and are connected to fixed parts (48a, 48b) of the motor vehicle by one-way couplings i.e. free wheels (32, 34). A friction disk (86) is carried by the engine shaft. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for obtaining gear ratios by utilizing a speed variation transmission device (2) a hybrid type motor vehicle.",
