The gas inlet is provided at one end side of the decompression chamber while the gas outlet being provided at an opposite end side laterally spaced via a space (86) from the one end side. The regulator also includes a partitioning wall (78; 111; 121) disposed to surround the gas outlet and having a gas passage (81; 112; 122) communicating with the gas outlet, the gas passage having a passage inlet (81a; 111a; 121c) disposed upwardly of the gas inlet (71).",
