A bicycle rim brake assembly (12) includes a support bracket (44), first and second brake arms (30,32), a fixing member (46) and a biasing member (52). The first brake arm (30) is pivotally supported to the support bracket (44). The second brake arm (32) is pivotally supported to the support bracket (44). The fixing member (46) has a support bracket section (94) and a bicycle frame attachment section (90). The biasing member (52) is disposed on the fixing member (46).
