A saddle-ride-type vehicle (1) arranges a throttle valve drive motor (50) without making the structure of an internal combustion engine (20) in the vicinity of an intake passage (30) large-sized. The saddle-ride-type vehicle (1) includes an internal combustion engine (20) having a cylinder head (22) provided with an intake port (221), a cylinder (23) and a crankcase (24), an air cleaner (5), an intake passage (30) which forms a passage between the air cleaner (5) and the internal combustion engine (20), a throttle body (40) which constitutes a portion of the intake passage (30) and has a throttle valve (43). A throttle valve drive motor (50) drives the throttle valve (43), and the intake passage (30) extends toward a crankcase (24) side from the intake port (221). At least a portion of the intake passage (30) is arranged along an outer surface of the internal combustion engine (20), and the throttle valve drive motor (50) is arranged on a portion of the intake passage (30) along the outer surface of the internal combustion engine (20), in an overlapping manner with the intake passage (30) as viewed from a side of the vehicle (1).
