A total heating capacity is calculated from temperature set point, temperature of the air flow and the air flow on the exchanger. A heating capacity of an air-air type thermal loop (1) is determined. The heating capacity of the thermal loop is compared with the total heating capacity. A heating capacity of a complementary electric heating device (2) is adjusted by balancing the heating capacity of the loop if the heating capacity of the loop is less than the total heating capacity. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program comprising a set of instructions to implement an air-conditioning system controlling method (2) a computer readable recording medium comprising a computer program having a set of instructions to implement the air-conditioning system controlling method.",
