Drive unit of an industrial truck
DRIVE
June 22, 2011
The unit has a steering collar comprising an internal gear (11) forming a steering hollow wheel (5), and a cam (13) scanned by a sensor (12) for steering angle detection. A frame connection (3) of the drive unit transfers functionality of a separate frame plate. The cam is designed as a separate part connected with the collar. The sensor for steering angle detection is arranged in such a manner that teeth of the internal gear are scanned by the sensor, so that the collar serves as an angle transmitter. The cam is extended at an angular range of 0 degree to 180 degree.
