Moving the first lever (20) pushes one of the piston (80) or the cylinder (60) in a first direction, and moving the second lever (25) pulls the other of the cylinder (60) or the piston (80) in a second direction. In a preferred embodiment, the piston (80) has a non-actuated position and a fully actuated position, and the piston (80) is biased towards the non-actuated position, and wherein the cylinder (60) has a non-actuated and a fully-actuated position, and the cylinder (60) is biased towards the non-actuated position.",
