The cover (2) has a flat cover plate with a cover upper side (6) and a cover lower side, and apertures (5) provided in the cover plate, where elastic cooling bodies (3) are arranged in the apertures. The cooling bodies are made of electrically insulated material, where the cover is made of plastic. The cooling bodies are arranged in the apertures such that an upper side (8) of the cooling bodies aligns with the cover upper side and a lower side of the cooling bodies is arranged below the cover lower side. An independent claim is also included for a high current cell arrangement comprising a cooling body adapter arranged between a cell connector cover and battery cells.
