Sliding door for a vehicle

The sliding door is provided with a guide rail, with a sliding carriage mounted at the guide rail by a multi-joint with the vehicle body, and having a center hole (42) at the multi-joint end. The center hole has a centering surface (45), where the closed sliding door (41) is applied on a body-mounted counter surface (47).
