The wheel (1) has a rim (5) connected with a hub (2) by spoke devices (9), which comprise cross spokes. An auxiliary motor is provided as an electric drive (17) at the hub, where ratio of external diameter of the hub to external diameter of the rim is larger than 1:5. Access openings are provided at a rim base (6), and the spoke devices are extended into the rim by the openings. Free internal diameter of the access openings in the rim base is 50 percentage larger than external diameter of the spoke devices at the access openings. The hub is formed as an electrically driven hub motor (18).
