Actuator device with force sensor

The apparatus (10) has an operating component (12) that is driven for pressure application with respect to a foot pedal (8), by an actuator (14). A force sensor (16) detects pressure application force generated at contact surface of the operating component. The contact surface is provided with pressure application plate (18) and force sensor is located on a side of the pressure-application plate facing away from the contact surface.
